My awesome husband took all the kids bowling tonight so I could rest. Not many would brave a night out so close to bedtime with a 4 & 5 year old. Seeing their happy faces makes me feel like I'm there with them.

Day 2 of #100HappyDays
It can be difficult keeping Mark on track and focused at home, so I can't even imagine what it's like at school with 15 other 5 year old boys. Needless to say, he doesn't always have good days. That being said, he was so proud of himself today and couldn't wait to show me the second smiley of the week. Yep - two in a row! Love this kid!
100 Happy Days
I have decided to participate in #100HappyDays and reflect each day one thing that made me happy. Don't get me wrong, I am a happy person, but I often forget to appreciate happy moments to its fullest. Busy life and other things to think about, I suppose. Maybe in this 100 days, I will learn a little more about myself. If nothing else, I know it will make me happy when I'm deciding which happy thing I'm going to post. So here it is folks:

There are many things that make me squeal with glee and cereal is one of them. I am a 30-something-year old child when it comes to cereal. The more sugar the better. Being bed ridden with pneumonia didn't stop me from racing down the stairs when Jim got home that evening with a few of my faves. Best husband ever!

Valentine's Day
Our valentines day was sort with our besties, Sam & Laurie. We went to a cooking class and made lamb, pasta from scratch and creme brûlée for dessert. Fun times!

Birthday parties galore!
January has been a month of birthdays. Some of Lilys best friends have birthdays shortly after hers. Here are a few cute pictures taken from said parties.
Madison's birthday. Lily and Madison have been friends since they were 8 weeks old.
I love my friends parents. I love my friends and their parents have all the attributes that I love about my friends to the power of ten.
