Disneyland!

Tuesday - We're off to Disney!

The Matterhorn

After Space Mountain, the Matterhorn was a cake walk for Lily...

Off to ToonTown

Mickey let us rest on his chair.

Then we saw Donald's boat.

Mark joined us around 3:00. Unfortunately, he was not feeling the best, so he didn't get to enjoy Disney as much. We took him to the Tiki Room and Nemo's adventure and he loved them both! You can see from the picture below that he was not loving that hat...

Nemo's underwater sea adventure.

It was a great day! Thanks to Grandma and Grandpa for letting us in the park for free!

Mark's 1st time at the beach!

Monday we took a drive to the beach. It was windy and chilly, so it was already not the best day to take Mark for the first time. He had fun holding the shovel and watching the pigeons.

Nah, I'm not a beach guy....yet.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

I hope everyone has a fantastic St. Patty's Day! Wear your green!

Sunday

Sunday was such a great day too! (I had a great weekend!) Reno and Jim came over and brought us a grill. So so generous of them! We can't wait to start grilling! Then Dave & Cindy came over with a gift for me. It's amazing and now I wish I took a picture of it this morning. It's almost a stained glass effect for the window above my door. I LOVE IT!!!! I will take pictures and show everyone! Then after they took us out for mexican and margaritas! I love my family!

Saturday

Rainy Saturday was spent with Grandma Reno in Kentucky. We had a great day of shopping! Lily LOVES her new sketch book I got her.

Friday Fun! **Blurry pictures**

Sorry the pictures are so blurry :) Friday was a great night after the hectic work week. My friends and I had mexican and then Laurie's little girl and husband stopped by to drop something off. She's so cute :)

1st grade performance

Lily had a cute PTO music and arts performance at the school. It ran a bit on the long side tonight and we finally sat down to dinner around 8:30 ish. We missed piano tonight, but we'll make it up next week.
Hope everyone had a fantastic Tuesday!

Mark's First Haircut!

We started off great. Look at my cute cape and I'm smiling as always...

Then Sonja started at me with the scissors and I had no idea what she was doing...

Then it was all over. I would post more pictures, but its a lot like the one below, so let's cut to the end...

Look how handsome I am!

Mommy loves my new haircut even though it is completely uneven because I was moving around a lot. My head doesn't look like there is a helmet on it. Yay!

Friday Night Birthday Party

We celebrated Rachel's 7th birthday on Friday night. Rachel and Lily have been friends since they were really little. I love it that Lily has friends throughout her life that she has kept. Rachel is about 30 miles away and goes to a different school, but they still remain great friends.

She had her birthday party at Build a Bear and Lily decided to make a bear for Mark.

Stuffing the bear with "love"

Mark was such a good boy even when the party ran over a bit.

Lily had a great time! Happy Birthday, Rachel!

I don't feel like walking...

Mark took 4 steps on Monday night! He stands very well on his own and has been taking baby steps every now and then on his own. He cruises the furniture like a pro and he finally took more than two at a time. We were so excited we ran and grabbed the camera after dinner. Well, he was VERY tired. He was cracking up in most of the videos and falling on purpose. Here is a video displaying how Laaaazy he is :) Watch him Stretch his arms out for me. He reminds me of the scooby gang running away from the bad guys. He can clearly walk, but just as he crawled when he felt like, he'll show me and walk only when he feels like. I love this boy.

Mark's Snow Day!

Mommy was throwing snowballs at me. I was indifferent.

Look at all that snow behind us! This can't be Tennessee.

Daddy put him down in the snow before Mommy could come outside. Mean Daddy :)

Snow Day!

We got some snow over the weekend. More snow than I have ever seen in my 9 years living in Tennessee. This is about 6-7 inches. I do not like the cold, so I took this shot from my front door. I did eventually go out for just under 5 minutes to watch Mark play. I will have those pictures posted soon. :) When I stepped into my lawn the snow went mid calf. It was really awesome. Light and fluffy as snow should be!

This is what it looked like when I left for work this morning. Still snowy!
