Weekend Fun!

I had a fabulous weekend, a wonderful birthday and an awesome memorial day. :)

I shared my birthday with family and friends and played glo-golf and ate cheesecake. It was a great time.

On Monday, the kids and I went shopping and waited for Dad to get off work. Then we all went on bike rides (Mark's first bike ride) to the park and grilled some hamburgers and watched movies. It was a fun time!

Thursday & Friday

Called again into Jury Duty - Served on another criminal case. Only 3 more days left and no more jury duty for at least 3 years. Yay!!!

Renaissance Festival

We had our yearly Renaissance Festival tradition on Sunday. Our friends joined us and we had a great time!

Concert was such a great end of a hectic work day! Fabulous time had!

Jury Duty

I served on my very first Jury this week. Somewhat of bad timing, but it was very interesting to go through the process. I have had no time to do anything, so I apologize once again for not posting in a few days!

Tonight I will get to see The Offspring along with Flyleaf, Candlebox, etc at a concert. My favorite, Laurie, bought me a ticket for my birthday! She's so awesome :) Hopefully I'll have some great pictures from tonight!

My Mother's day was awesome! Jim and the kids did a great job making my day great.

I'm at work super busy since I was off serving on that Jury, but look for new posts soon!

Happy Anniversary to Us!

Last Wednesday, Jim and I celebrated our 2nd anniversary. Jim had balloons and chocolate delivered to my work and followed it up with a nice evening out (sans children!) at Five Senses. Judy watched the kids for us and it was a great evening! It is always nice to go out from time to time. Thank you, Judy, for helping us!

Happy 1st Birthday, Mark!

Mark had a great birthday party. Was a bit rained out, but he still had lots of fun eating pizza, cake and hanging out with our best friends and family. My batteries died right before the party and so I'm thankful (as always) for my favorite, Kate to bring her camera. I will share those photos with you as soon as I get them. I will be taking Mark today for his 1 year appointment. Stay tuned for those details :)

Jim worked so hard on getting that playset built by Mark's birthday, I sure hope we get to use it! If not, we'll bring the party inside. It will still be a fun birthday no matter what!

Carseat shopping at 8:30 p.m.

Mark, Lily and I went carseat shopping after helping Daddy add another piece to the swing set. I can't believe he's already ready for a big boy carseat! On Monday, we will find out how much he weighs and see if he is ready to be forward facing. Yippee!
