Our family & Laurie's family will be hitting the road this evening for New Smyrna Beach, Florida. We are all looking forward to our much needed vacation!

I have figured out a way to keep you all updated while on my vacation or while I'm out anywhere. On the right hand side you will see a link labeled "Morgan's Mobile Blog". I am able to post pictures from my iPhone! Yay!

Father's Day

We went over to Jim & Reno's and had a great day of swimming, bubbles, croquet & hamburgers!

Mark & Elizabeth's Check up Appointment

Mark - 3 year check up
33.75 pounds (70th percentile)
38" - length (60th percentile)

Elizabeth - 18 month check up
25.12 pounds (60th percentile)
32.75" - length (80th percentile)

They are both right on track for development...actually both are a little ahead of the game. They both have a big vocabulary. I'm excited that Mark has gotten so tall! He grew so much in a short amount of time.

Weekend...

Friday - Signed the papers and took another walk around the house. Our home inspection is scheduled for tomorrow at 4:30.

Saturday - Had a yard sale at the daycare. That went really well, sold a lot of baby stuff (yay!)

Sunday - Was a very lazy day. Love these days!

Our new home...soon!

I usually never put the cart before the horse, but I feel pretty confident that our hiccups during this process will be minimal. Here is a picture of our future house!  We are closing  on July 6th if everything goes well!  We are very excited to not only be in a house with more room, but it also sits on 1.3 acres. This home is perfect for our family. It's on the end of a cul-de-sac, which is located on another cul-de-sac...sounds a bit confusing, but there are dead ends everywhere, so you're only going to be going our way if you live on our street. Love that!  Sidewalks on both sides of the street (don't have that currently).

I want to give a special thanks to Judy for everything she's done for us to make this possible. She's been amazing this week while we've been going back and forth with the realtor & the mortgage broker. Thank you so much, Judy!! We have only begun the long escrow process, but we are so grateful to even get this chance. I will keep you all updated as we get closer to closing!

Jim's team takes the double header!

Not sure how many of you know, but Jim plays on a softball team. My anniversary present to him was a $300 bat. It's great fun for me to go watch his games. Takes me back to spending countless hours at the ballpark. Nothing like nachos & sunflower seeds from a concession stand.

He usually plays on Fridays and because of all the rain, some of his games have been postponed and rescheduled as double headers. He played a double header last night at 7 & 8. He played catcher & first base and did a great job. 21-10 was the final score on the second game.

Holiday World 2011

In no particular order...some pictures were provided by Reno (Thank you!!) and then the others were from mine & Camila's cell phone. It was such a fun time! If you haven't been, we highly recommend this amusement/water park. There are rides for the whole family! 

It's June!

I know I know...you've checked my blog just about everyday and you're tired of seeing the same sad Mark's having surgery post. Here are some of the things you've missed...

May 26th - Lily's last day of school! Report card came home and she did a great job!

For her reward, we planned a surprise visit to Holiday World! **More pictures to come soon**

May 28th - Big Jim, Reno, Jim & I went downtown and saw Jimmy Buffett in concert. I had a great time! The evening before I went out with Aly, Laurie & friends putting me downtown two nights in a row. Exhausted didn't even begin to describe me after our long fun filled weekend!
